Hook’s Cichlids and Tropicals is a startup company based in Worcestershire, they breed and sell specialist fish from Lake Malawi in Africa. Hook’s Cichlids and Tropicals needed a brand identity, logo design and full e-commerce website design and development. The brief was fairly open-ended but required that the website be easy and straightforward to use with the focus on their stock of Cichlid fish available for sale.
After designing their new bar menu earlier in the year, the Victoria Hotel at Robin Hood’s Bay asked us to design an A4 brochure to promote their wedding venue services. The brief was quite open, but required that the design convey a sense of style and luxury and that the brochure be suitable for both print and online distribution.
Following on from our Anderson Brown rebrand earlier in the year, Anderson Brown asked us to extend the new brand to their website. We conducted a review and discovery process where we highlighted several areas of improvement which could be made to the site during the brand transition.
We recently received an invitation to post our work over at Dribbble. Dribbble is an invitation only community of creative designers, developers, illustrators and artists. If you’re on Dribbble and want to keep upto date with our work please do give us a follow!
It’s been a busy few months at the Whitby Design Studio and I can’t believe we’re almost half way through the year already, how time flies! Some of our most enjoyable work this year has been the projects we’ve completed for Anderson Brown. We designed a new logo and brand identity for them in March and have been busy working on their brand new website over the last couple of months
It’s been a busy first couple of weeks here at the design studio. We’ve recently completed the Spring 2016 newsletter for the North Eastern Inshore Fisheries and Conservation Authority (NEIFCA), and we’ve also been busy behind the scenes working on a brand new studio website - which is now live!
